Mr. Enright is responsible for evaluating the financial and strategic options of financial institutions, which includes performing financial analyses and valuations of depository institutions, assessing the impact of national and regional trends on the financial services industry, and assisting in the facilitation and execution of M&A transactions and capital offerings.  Mr. Enright is based in the Charlotte, North Carolina office and primarily serves clients in the Southeast.

Prior to joining Hovde Group, Mr. Enright was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he provided assurance services to global financial institution clients in the banking and capital markets industry.  These services primarily consisted of integrated financial statement audit and attestation engagements performed in accordance with US GAAP accounting standards, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements and SEC statutory regulations.  Mr. Enright also has financial due diligence experience from time spent in the transaction advisory services practice of Ernst & Young LLP, and has prior experience providing financial statement audit services to private companies in the retail, construction and manufacturing industries.  A native of southern New Jersey, Mr. Enright earned a Bachelor and Master of Accounting from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and is also registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), holding both the Series 79 and 63 licenses.
