Ms. Boyle serves as Director of Administration for Hovde Group, where she provides executive-level support to the Chairman as well as other senior leaders. In this role, she helps oversee and coordinate key administrative functions across the firm, ensuring the efficient execution of operational responsibilities throughout the organization.

Ms. Boyle began her career with Hovde Group in 2001 and has developed extensive knowledge of the financial services industry through her long tenure with the firm.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College Chicago, majoring in Marketing Communications with a minor in Advertising. Ms. Boyle resides in Chicago with her husband and three children.
