Craig Mancinotti joined Hovde Group, LLC in October 2022 from ProBank Austin along with his colleagues Rick Maroney and Mike Moran, and four additional investment banking professionals.  Craig co-heads Hovde’s Toledo, Ohio, office and serves depository institutions in the Midwest and surrounding areas.

Craig has a long history advising community banks on mergers and acquisitions, having started his career in 1982 with Austin Associates, LLC, the predecessor to ProBank Austin.  In addition to advising on more than 100 successful M&A transactions, Craig has extensive experience in preparing stock valuations, facilitating strategic planning, and evaluating capital planning strategies, among other specialized services.  Craig served as an instructor at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, the Bank Administration Institute School for Bank Administration, and the college of business at the University of Toledo.  Craig also served as director of a Michigan-based $400 million community bank between 1994 and 2004.  Craig is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered principal and holds Series 24, 63, 79, and 82 licenses.
