Prior to joining Hovde Group, Arman co-founded Khoshbin Capital, a boutique advisory firm providing M&A and capital markets advisory services to founder-led businesses. At Khoshbin Capital, he advised clients on private capital raises, sell-side M&A processes, investor positioning, transaction preparation, and capital partner outreach.

Arman has founded and operated multiple growth-oriented businesses across financial technology, digital marketing, and alternative investment-related services. His experience includes building an algorithmic trading technology firm that provided trading technology and related services to retail and private investors representing more than $50M in client capital, as well as developing marketing-driven growth platforms focused on customer acquisition, investor outreach, and business development.
