Thomas M. Wilson
Mr. Wilson joined Hovde’s Investment Banking Group as a Director in 2015, and focuses on banks and thrifts principally in the Midwest. He is responsible for strategic advisory assignments for banks and thrifts, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Mr. Wilson has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry and has advised on over 50 transactions with a combined value of over $2.5 billion during his career. Transactional experience includes numerous completed assignments for community banks and thrifts located in the Midwest. Mr. Wilson has been involved providing advisory and financial services within the financial industry for several decades, and previously spent 11 years at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods advising community banks and thrifts on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. He also carries the Chartered Financial Analyst professional designation. Mr. Wilson earned his Bachelors of Science and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The Ohio State University. Mr. Wilson is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.
