Erik Zwick is an Analyst in the Research Department for Hovde Group, responsible for equity research coverage of the US Bank and Business Development Companies (BDCs) sectors. Mr. Zwick joined Hovde Group from Boenning & Scattergood in July 2022. He has over seventeen years of sell-side bank and thrift equity analysis experience including super regional, regional, and community banks & thrifts throughout the U.S. with a focus on the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast. He previously worked as an analyst at Stephens Inc., Sterne Agee, and Oppenheimer & Co.

Erik holds a B.A. in Economics from Bates College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
