Mr. Smith is responsible for evaluating the financial and strategic options of financial institutions, performing financial analyses and valuations of banks and thrifts, facilitating merger and acquisition transactions, and assessing the impact of national and regional trends on the financial services industry.

Mr. Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Finance from DePaul University.
